If you have not used the FILESTREAM feature in SQL Server before, a 5 minutes video introduction is here for you. It basically covers the same topic as described in the Introduction to FILESTREAM article but a video version might be more interesting for you. It includes enabling it, configuring and a simple usage scenario where I create a table with a FILESTREAM column, add some files to it and show how it is stored. Enjoy!
